SUMMER HAF PROGRAMME 2023

'Quadropol your Summer - Summer Performing Arts, Arts and Crafts and Clay Modelling Summer Camp 2023 – The Skipz Experience'

We are delighted to announce we are delivering the Department for Education (DfE) Summer Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) Programme for 2023 in partnership with the following boroughs. Our programme is open for free for free school meals children and paying children. Children will have the opportunity to take part in a Summer themed performing arts, arts and crafts and clay modelling activities! Your children will join in drama, dance, singing, outdoor play and arts and crafts and clay modelling activities daily! Take part in learning about acting, play drama games, learn lines and be a part of a play, make drama sketches on the spot, learn how to warm up your voice, take part in singing songs, let yourself go with dance to your favourite songs and learn routines as well as creating and making Summer themed paintings and drawings and crafts projects!

Our Programmes start from Monday 31st July 2023 - Thursday 24th August 2023, Monday to Thursday only over 4 weeks. Each week will follow a different theme and we will deliver a 4 different themes over the summer holidays. This will include:

 

Week 1 - Monday 31st July 2023 - Thursday 3rd August 2023 - a Rainforest/Jungle theme programme

Week 2 - Monday 7th August 2023 - Thursday 10th August 2023 - Ocean/Under the Sea theme programme

Week 3 - Monday 14th August 2023 - Thursday 17th August 2023 - a Pirate/Mermaid theme programme

Week 4 - Monday 21st August 2023 - Thursday 24th August 2023 - an Around the World - Looking at different Cultures and Religions theme programme

There will also be Scavenger Hunts, Relays, Toss Challenges and an award for best dressed Summer Themed costume!

 

Siblings are also welcome! Children will also learn about healthy eating and take part in making nutritious snacks from fruit. Lunch will be served for free school meals children and paying children daily. Please note paying children can access activities and lunches on our programme at £25.00 per day per child.

We also have something for the Parents. We are delivering a fantastic online Nutritional Workshop for Parents with a qualified Nutritionist every Wednesday during the Programme. This workshop will be held on:

Wednesday 16th August from 11am-1pm

Wednesday 23rd August from 11am-1pm

 

You will have the opportunity to learn about healthy eating, cooking recipes on a budget, how nutrition prevents disease and illnesses amongst children and so much more! In order to register for this please state YES at the bottom of the registration form for the programme.
