Welcome to our Brent Summer Holiday Activities and Food Programme 2026. We are delighted to hear from you. To access this programme children must be:

​

• In receipt of benefits-related Free School Meals (these places are free on the programme)

• A resident in the London Borough of Brent 

• If not in receipt of benefits Free School Meals, we also offer paid places on the programme. This is £25.00 per child per day for lunch included. Please only pay for your child's place if you are not in receipt of free school meals

• Open to children between 4-11 years old

Eligibility 

Please note you will need to provide ONE of the following for a FREE place on the Programme on registration:

 

• Show providers a copy of their supermarket voucher email

• Quote their voucher redemption eCode 

• Be referred to the programme by a professional 

• Provide a school referral (e.g., school eligibility code or letter)

Our Summer Programme:

 

Our Summer Programme runs from Monday 27th July 2026 - Thursday 20th August 2026

Monday to Thursday only. 4 days a week over 4 weeks

 

Each week there will be something different!

We will be delivering 4 types of different themes:

The Ocean theme

Week 2: Monday 3rd August 2026 - Thursday 6th August 2026

Royalty Week 

Week 3: Monday 10th August 2026 - Thursday 13th August 2026

Rainforest Theme 

Week 4: Monday 17th August 2026 - Thursday 20th August 2026

Around the Word - Learning about different Cultures and Religions

         Come and Join us for a programme of Summer Themed Activities including: 

 Plays and Drama Activities

Arts and Crafts

Clay Modelling Activities

Singalongs and Dance

Best Dressed Themed Competition

Nutrition Education Activities

Parent Workshops and Families Support​

We are delivering this Programme at 1 venue across the borough in partnership with:

​

     Ark Elvin Academy, Cecil Avenue, HA9 7DU 

 

Time: 10am-2pm

​

We also have something for the Parents. We are delivering a fantastic online Nutritional Workshop for Parents with a qualified Nutritionist  during the Programme. 

​

The dates for the Workshop is:

• Wednesday 29th July, 5th, 12th and 19th August 2026 from 11am-1pm  

​

 Different themes are covered each week. All Workshops will take place online via Microsoft Teams from 11am-1pm.  You will have the opportunity to learn about healthy eating, cooking recipes on a budget, how nutrition prevents disease and illnesses amongst children and so much more! In order to register for this please state YES at the bottom of the registration form for the programme.

 Lunch will be from 12:30pm-1pm. There will be a Meat and Vegetarian lunch served in line with The School Food Standards for children in receipt of free school meals. We are still finalising the menu and this should be available shortly. For lunch purposes, we need to know any dietary requirements your child(ren) have (i.e. vegetarian lunch/any allergies/nuts allergy/meat allergy/dairy etc).

Please rest assure, in light of the current situation with reference to the Pandemic, appropriate health and safety protocols are in place before commencement of the programme. A Covid Supervisor will be present on site to manage the health safety and of our staff and children and we will also adopt the school’s policy regarding this situation.

In the event of your child not being able to attend the programme or if you are running late please notify us immediately by emailing the us at skipzhafbrent@gmail.com. This is very important as registration means you are offered a place on the programme and your child's lunch will be organised upon registration.

Once the form/ payment (if applicable) has been received we will send you an email with the Programme details. Please register ASAP. Payment for the programme must be made before your child is due to attend.

In order to safeguard our service users and staff, a Covid Health Declaration Form and Registration Pack will be sent to the nominated email address which will need to be completed and sent back to us.

Please note when you press 'REGISTER NOW' this means the form has ben submitted. A message will pop up at the end of the form to state this. You will receive a email to say you have been booked on to the Programme followed by another email by our admin who will provide the Programme Itinerary. Please also check your Spam/Junk/Promotions (if you are using Gmail) folders as some emails may fall into there.
