Harrow Borough Summer HAF Programme 2021
Welcome to our Harrow Summer Holiday activities and Food Programme 2021. We are delighted to hear from you. To access this programme children must be:

In receipt of benefits-related Free School Meals (these places are free on the programme)

A resident in the London Borough of Harrow

If not in receipt of benefits Free School Meals, we also offer paid places on the programme. This is £26.00 per day and your child will require a packed lunch.

Open to children between 6-11 years old
The children will take part in a variety of activities including drama, dance, singing, arts and crafts, sports games and nutritional activities.
We are delivering this Programme across the borough in partnership with 2 Schools:
Vaughan Primary School, The Gardens, Harrow HA1 4EL
Weald Rise Primary School, Robin Hood Dr, Harrow HA3 7DH

Vaughan Primary School
The programme will run from Monday 26th July 2021 to Friday 6th August 2021 for 10 consecutive days (2 weeks) Monday to Friday delivery.
The programme times will be as follows:
Week 1 - Monday 26th July 2021 to Friday 30th July 2021
Monday - 10am-4.30pm
Tuesday - 10am-4.30pm
Wednesday - 10am-4.30pm
Thursday - 10am-4.30pm
Friday - 10am-4.00pm
Week 2 - Monday 2nd August 2021 - Friday 6th August 2021

Weald Rise Primary School
The programme will run from Monday 2nd August 2021 to Friday 13th August 2021 for 10 consecutive days (2 weeks) Monday to Friday delivery.
The programme times will be as follows:

Monday - 10am-4.30pm
Tuesday - 10am-4.30pm
Wednesday - 10am-4.30pm
Thursday - 10am-4.30pm

Lunch will be from 12:30pm-1:30pm daily. There will be a Meat or Vegetarian hot meal served in line with The School Food Standards for children in receipt of free school meals. We are still finalising the menu and this should be available shortly, however please state which meal your child will prefer. For lunch purposes, we need to know any dietary requirements your child(ren) have (i.e. meat lunch/vegetarian lunch/any allergies/nuts allergy/meat allergy/dairy etc).
Please rest assure, in light of the current situation with reference to the Pandemic, appropriate health and safety protocols are in place before commencement of the programme. A Covid Supervisor will be present on site to manage the health safety and of our staff and children and we will also adopt the school’s policy regarding this situation.
In the event of your child not being able to attend the programme please notify us immediately by emailing the Project Manager at skipzhafharrow@gmail.com so we can allocate their place to another child. This is very important as registration means you are offered a place on the programme and your child's lunch will be organised upon registration.
Once the form/ payment (if applicable) has been received we will send you a confirmation email.
Please register ASAP. Payment for the programme must be made before your child is due to attend.
In order to safeguard our service users and staff, a Covid Health Declaration Form and Registration Pack will be sent to the nominated email address which will need to be completed and sent back to us.
