We are delighted to announce that we will be providing a Holiday Activities and Food Programme at Ivybridge Primary School for free school meals children. This programme is free for children in receipt of Free School Meals and lunch will be provided on the day. We are working with Hounslow Council and Ivybridge Primary to bring this fantastic programme in line with the Government initiative called 'Holiday Activities and Food Programme 2021'. The programme will include activities ranging from drama, sport, art, outdoor activities and nutritional education for the children. The programme is due to take place during the Easter holidays on Tuesday 13th April 2021 and Wednesday 14th April 2021 from 10am - 4pm at Ivybridge Primary School.
Please rest assure, in light of the current situation with reference to the Pandemic, appropriate health and safety protocols will be set in place before commencement of the programme. A Covid Supervisor will be present on site to manage the health safety and of our staff and children and we will also adopt the school’s policy regarding this situation.
For lunch purposes, we need to know any dietary requirements your child(ren) have (i.e. meat lunch/vegetarian lunch/any allergies/nuts allergy/meat allergy/dairy etc). The lunch provided is in line with the School Food Standards and will include a sandwich, healthy snack and a drink.
For the Lunches there are two choices. One is a Meat Sandwich Meal and the second is a Vegetarian Sandwich Meal. The bread is brown bread. The Meat is halal chicken with cucumber or a Tuna with cucumber sandwich. The Vegetarian Sandwich will include a cheese OR egg filing with tomatoes or cucumber. Please state below which Meal and filing you would like. This will be served with a healthy snack and either orange juice or a bottle of water.

The Programme is free to attend however spaces are limited therefore please book as soon as possible to secure your child(ren)’s place. We are also have the option for children to attend who are not in receipt of Free School Meals. The cost per day per child is £65.00. A packed lunch will need to be provided along with refreshments for the day.
