We are delighted to announce we will be delivering a:

•  Lego Club on Monday for Years 1-2 

• Chess Club on Tuesdays for Years 3-6

• Science Club on Tuesdays for Years 1-2

• Musical Theatre Club on Wednesdays for Years 3-6 

• Science Club on Wednesdays for Years 3-6

• Musical Theatre club on Thursdays for Years 1-2 

 

 

This is open to children who attend Mayfield Primary School only.

No classes from Monday 27th May 2024 to Friday 31st May 2024 due to May half term.

Clubs at Mayfield Primary School

• Monday Lego Club is for Years 1-2 from 3:30pm-4:30pm 

​

The dates for the Monday Lego Club is from Monday 22nd April 2024 - Monday 15th July 2024 for 12 weeks

​

The fee for this term is £60.00 per child per club 

​

• Tuesday Chess Club is for Years 3-6 from 3:30pm-4:30pm

The dates for the Tuesday Chess Club is from Tuesday 23rd April 2024 - Tuesday 16th July 2024 for 12 weeks

The fee for this term is £60.00 per child per club 

​

• Tuesday Science Club is for Years 1-2 from 3:30pm-4:30pm

The dates for the Tuesday Science Club is from Tuesday 23rd April 2024 - Tuesday 16th July 2024 for 12 weeks

The fee for this term is £72.00 per child per club

​

This club has an increased cost due to resources required for the club.

• Wednesday Musical Theatre Club is for Years 3-6 from 3:30pm-4:30pm

The dates for the Wednesday Musical Theatre Club is from Wednesday 24th April 2024 - Wednesday 17th July 2024 2023 for 12 weeks

The fee for this term is £60.00 per child per club​

• Wednesday Science Club is for Years 3-6 from 3:30pm-4:30pm

Lego Club

 

"Build with us"

​

Come and Join us every week to explore the amazing engineering World of Lego! Children will take part in building lego creations as a group and individually every week following a theme. Lego Club is great for Improved eye/hand coordination, the development of spatial skills, persistence and patience, enhancing fine motor skills, problem solving skills, achieving a sense of accomplishment, learning how to plan, teamwork when playing with others, enhancing creativity and experimentation, improved focus and concentration, increased self-confidence and above all have fun!

Chess Club

Come and Join us every week to increase your iQ, memory function, develop your creativity and exercise both sides of your brain as well as increase your problem solving skills. Chess club offers a wide range of activities and will help increase your reading and maths levels by learning the game, taking part in club tournaments, increasing your decision making skills, instruction and lectures and taking part in recreational play.

Science Club

"Knowledge is Power"

​

Put your Science Hat on and come and join us every week to take part in the beautiful World of Science! Every week will be something new as you will get to take part in different scientific disciplines, conduct experiments and discussions, and participate in various scientific activities across Chemistry, Biology and Physics and enhance your knowledge and problem solving skills. Take home all your cool science-related creations!

 

Musical Theatre Club

"Act, Sing and Dance"

​

Come and Join us to learn about Musical Theatre! Musical Theatre is a mixture of singing, dancing and acting all in one! Children will increase their singing, dancing and acting skills and learn about different musicals as well as making up their own in the later part of the term. 

​

Please note the registrations for the clubs are open now. Places are allocated on a first come first serve basis.
