Welcome to our Lewisham Winter Programme. We are delighted to hear from you. To access this programme children must be:

In receipt of benefits-related Free School Meals (these places are free on the programme)
A resident in the London Borough of Lewisham
If not in receipt of benefits Free School Meals, we also offer paid places on the programme. This is £25.00 per child per day for lunch included. Please only pay for your child's place if you are not in receipt of free school meals
Open to children between 4-11 years old

Our Winter Programme:

Our Winter Programme is running for 4 days a week over the Christmas Holidays with a Christmas and New Years Theme. The dates for the Programme are:

Singalongs and Dance
Best Dressed Themed Competition
Nutrition Education Activities
Parent Workshops and Families Support

We are delivering this Programme in partnership with:

ST Andrews Church hall, St Andrew's Apostle Church, Sandhurst Road, SE6 1XD

Time: 10am-2pm

Please note: By completing the registration you are consenting for your details to be shared with The Council for Monitoring and Reporting Purposes.

Lunch will be from 12:30pm-1:00pm.

There will be a Meat and/or Vegetarian meal served in line with The School Food Standards for children in receipt of free school meals. We are still finalising the menu and this should be available shortly, however please state which meal your child will prefer. For lunch purposes, we need to know any dietary requirements your child(ren) have (i.e. meat lunch/vegetarian lunch/any allergies/nuts allergy/meat allergy/dairy etc).

Please rest assure, in light of the current situation with reference to the Pandemic, appropriate health and safety protocols are in place before commencement of the programme. A Covid Supervisor will be present on site to manage the health safety and of our staff and children and we will also adopt the school’s policy regarding this situation.

In the event of your child not being able to attend the programme please notify us immediately by emailing us at skipzhaflewisham@gmail.com so we can allocate their place to another child. This is very important as registration means you are offered a place on the programme and your child's lunch will be organised upon registration.

Once the form/ payment (if applicable) has been received we will send you an email with the Programme details. Please register ASAP. Payment for the programme must be made before your child is due to attend.

In order to safeguard our service users and staff, a Covid Health Declaration Form and Registration Pack will be sent to the nominated email address which will need to be completed and sent back to us.

How Do I Book?

For those families on benefit related free school meals you will be sent a Voucher Code from E-Vouchers. This should be provided and emailed to you by your school. Once you have the email please open up the email and click on the Voucher and that will lead you to Lewisham Council Booking System called Holiday Activities. Please search 'Skipz Productions cic' and you will find our programme and register accordingly.
